摘要
新型免疫抑制剂的应用以及新的治疗方案的使用,使器官移植取得了不断的成功。FTY720通过诱导淋巴细胞凋亡和归巢而表现出良好的免疫抑制效果,FK506以干预细胞因子转录过程发挥免疫抑制作用,且二者联合使用具有较好的协同作用。现介绍FTY720联合FK506在一些动物实验中的应用结果、作用机制、药理学特征及临床应用。
Application of newtype immunodepressant and new therapeutic regimen had achieved success in organ transplantation.FTY720 has achieved good effect of immunosuppression by inducing lymphocyte apoptosis and homing and FK506 also can exert its immunosuppression by interfering in transcription of cytokines.Using both of them in combination can achieve good synergistic action.This article reviews the application of FTY720 and FK506 in combination in some animal experiments about their results,mechanism of action,pharmacological feature and clinical application.
