摘要
以核桃青皮水提液及各萃取物为材料,对其化感活性进行了研究,结果表明:(1)核桃青皮水提液对绿豆、萝卜、油菜及小麦幼苗生长均有较强的抑制作用。(2)核桃青皮水提液的各萃取物及水相萃余物在供试浓度为0.05 g.mL-1时,对4种供试植物的生长均有较好的化感抑制作用,且对4种植物幼根生长的抑制作用均大于对幼芽生长的抑制作用。乙酸乙酯萃取物的抑制效果最好。(3)核桃青皮中水溶性化感活性物质主要集中在乙酸乙酯相,随着乙酸乙酯萃取物浓度的降低,其抑制作用逐渐减弱。
Green husk of walnut fruit was extracted with water, the aqueous extract was subjected to further extraction with different solvents,and the aUelopathic activities of the extracts were studied. The results were as follows: (1) The water extracts from walnut green husk had higher inhibition effect to the growth of the seedlings of 4 plant species (mungbean, radish, cole, and wheat). (2) The different further extracts from water extracts had the excellent inhibition effect on the growth of young roots and buds at the concentration of 0.05 g · mL^-1 , and the inhibition effect to the young roots was better than the one to the young buds. The ethyl acetate extracts had the best inhibition effect. (3) Ethyl acetate could extract most allelochemicals from the aqueous extracl of walnut green husk,manifesting that the inhibition effect decreased as the concentration of the ethyl acetate extracts decreased.
