摘要
以0.01mol对甲苯磺酸和5ml30%过氧化氢作催化剂,在苯或甲苯中01molα呋喃甲酸和05~012mol脂肪醇回流反应3h,以80%~956%的收率合成了7个糠酸烷基酯。结果表明酯的收率普遍提高。
The seven alkyl esters of αfuroic acid were synthesized in the yields of 80% to 95.6% by refluxing the solution of benzene (or toluene) containing 0.1 mole αfuroic acid and corresponding aliphatic alcohols (0.12~ 0.5mole ) for 3h in the presence of ptoluenesulfonic acid (0.01 mole) and 5ml hydrogen peroxide of 30%.Experimental results indicated that the yields of αfuroic esters were enhanced in the above esterifications by using hydrogen peroxide and ptoluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.
