摘要
以糠醛和环氧氯丙烷的混合物为双溶剂,在低于糠醛精制温度30~40℃以下,对大庆石油化工总厂炼油厂三套常减压润滑油馏分进行溶剂抽提精制,达到了生产技术指标的要求。该技术用于工业生产,可降低装置的能耗和物耗。
Using the mixture of furfuralepichlorohydrin as a bisolvent,at the extractive temperature too short by 30~40℃ compared to furfural solvent extraction,lubricating oil distillates from atmosphericvacuum distillation unit of the Refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Complex were extracted.It can meet the requirements of indexes and the energy consumption or catalyst consumption can be reduced.
