摘要 针对糠醛润滑油精制系统中抗氧化性能差的缺点,在糠醛中加入抗氧剂DBPC,并在小型间歇式和连续式抽提装置中对大庆原油润滑油馏分进行试验,得出添加DBPC的最适宣浓度为0.040W%.同单纯糠醛溶液抽提相比,在保证或改善精制油质量的前提下,精制油收率分别提高了6.97%(间歇式)和4.41%(连续式),且降低了溶剂比,减少能耗15.3%.本文还对抗氧化剂的作用机理进行了探讨. In view of the inferior oxidation resistance of furfural in lube oil refining system, an anti-oxidant DBPC (2, 6-Di-tert-butyl-para-cresol) was added into furfural and tests for the lube-stock from Daqing crude were carried out in both bench-scale batch and continuous extraction units. The optimal concentration of added DBPC was 0.040w%. The yields of re-fined oils were enhanced by 6.47%(batch) and 4.41%(continuous) respectively as compared with the 'traditional furfural extrac-tion', while the solvent ratios were decreased and the energy consumption was reduced by 15.3%. The acting mechanism of antioxidant was also explored.
