摘要
高校图书馆是知识情报、信息的传播中心,应当配合学校担负起在校大学生的素质教育任务。阐述高校图书馆作为"第二课堂"在素质教育中的优势和作用以及为大学生素质教育服务的途径,具有极强的现实意义。
Librarles of institutions of higher learning are spreading cemers of knowledge and information. They should support the colleges taking on part of the task of quality-oriented education of the students. Libraries serving as ＂a second classroom＂ in institutions of higher learning and their superiorities and functions and approaches to the service of quality-oriented education are explained. The paper is of strong realistic significance.
