摘要
中小学图书馆是学生素质教育的坚实物质基础,为素质教育提供了便利条件,是素质教育的最佳场所。必须强化中小学图书馆的职能,挖掘馆藏,引导学生走进图书馆,辅导学生利用图书馆,通过多种途径充分发挥图书馆在素质教育中的作用。为适应素质教育的要求,必须调整结构,优化馆藏,增加投入,提高馆员素质,加强中小学图书馆的建设。
The middle and primary school library, which is the solid physical foundation for the students＇ quality education, provides the convenient conditions for the quality education and has become the best place for the quality education. And the middle and primary school library must strengthen its functions, excavate its holdings, guide the students enter the library, assist the students utilizing the library, and through various paths play its role in the quality education. And in order to satisfy the requirements of the quality education, must strengthen the construction of the middle and primary school library through adjusting its structure, optimizing its holdings, increasing the funds input, and improving the quality of the librarians, etc.
