摘要 试验研究了几种无机试剂、有机试剂以及无机有机复合物对高炉矿渣粉磨效率和矿渣性能的影响,包括细度、颗粒形貌和活性指数等。结果表明:硫酸盐、铝酸盐和自制助磨剂均可以改善矿渣的粉磨特性,增大比表面积;使颗粒的粗糙度和伸长度增大,圆度减小;同时还能激发矿渣的活性,具有活化作用。自制助磨剂与硫酸盐或铝酸盐复配后可产生叠加效应,可提高矿渣水泥3d强度4~6MPa,28d强度5~7MPa。最后,对助磨剂活化机理进行了探讨。 The effects of several inorganic aids, organic aids and their compounds on the properties of GGBS, including fineness, shape index and activity index were tested. According to the test result, sulfate, aluminate and man-made aids were found more effective to improve the particle configuration of slag, at the same time act as an activator that increased the compressive strength about 4-6MPa at 3d and 5-TMPa at 28d compared with the slag cement with no addictives. In addition, the activate mechanics of these aids were discussed.
