摘要
通过试验小磨研究了助磨剂石膏、早强剂三乙醇胺对矿渣粉比表面积、粒度分布、活性指数、颗粒形貌等性能的影响。研究表明,石膏3%掺量下对高炉矿渣有明显的助磨效果,矿粉平均粒径下降到4.02μm,最大粒径13.5μm。三乙醇胺在0.8‰掺量下对磨细矿粉有较明显的早期活性增强作用,其机理与其能加速水泥早期水化速率有关。
The effect of grinding aid gypsum and accelerator TEA(triethanolamine) on the specific surface area, particlesize distribution, index of activity and particle morphology of ground blast furnace slag were studied through trial-grinding tests.. The results showed that gypsum had obvious grinding aid effect at 3 % dosage. The mean grain size was lowered down to 4.02μm, while the max grain size to 13.5μm. The accelerator TEA at 0.8‰ dosage showed clear reinforcing effect on ground blast furnace slag at the early age which were due to the acceleration of early-age cement hydration.
