摘要
在ERP系统导入问题上,目前存在两种观点:一种是全盘照搬ERP的标准管理模式,另一种是以改造ERP来适应当前手工作业。其结果不容乐观,ERP的优势得不到发挥,甚至起到了负面作用。为此,文中提出新的解决思路:循序渐进地改造流程,试图稳妥地进行流程再造,以适应ERP的需要,极大地发挥ERP在企业管理中的重要地位。
There are two viewpoints about guiding the ERP system.The first viewpoint insists that they completely accept the standard system that the ERP provides.Another is that the enterprise should change the ERP system for the purpose it would match to the handwork process .For both of them,the eonceqnent is not optimistical.The merits of ERP is nncertain.evently it seems to be opposite.This paper,I give the new methods to solve this problem.We should change the process and make the bpr project step by step in order to fit for the ERP system.Then ERP will dominate in the management.
