摘要
分析了构建生产系统中引入仿真技术的必要性,提出了运用仿真途径构建生产系统的方法;并利用扩展随机高级判断Petri网(ESHLEP-N)建立了离散事件系统模型,并使用Flexsim仿真系统软件工具对某离散制造系统进行了三维建模,分析了生产系统的运行状态,为系统构建方案的可行性论证提供了依据。
The paper analyzes the necessity of pulling technique of simulation into constructing production system,and introduces the means of constructing the system of production and how to set up model of discrete system with extended stochastic high-leve evaluation Petri nets （ESllLEP-N） . Using Flexsim, it establishes simulation model for the schemes. Based on the result of simulation, it analyzes the scheme.
