摘要
人为失误是触发潜在危险因素引起事故的主要原因。危险预知活动是控制人为失误的有效技术手段。简要介绍了危险预知活动的内容和程序,活动结果记录格式及活动中应该注意的问题,并扼要说明了试点的初步效果。
Human errors are the main reasons of potential risks, which cause accidents. Risk forecast activity is an effective technical measure to control human errors. In this paper the contents and procedures of this activity are introduced, as well as the record formats of the results, problems be noted in the aetivity, and the initial effects of the experiment are also discussed.
