摘要
患者女，36岁。因全身皮肤反复出现红色斑块、结节伴疼痛7个月于2006年1月20日入院。患者于7个月前无明显诱因于臀部出现黄豆大小红色结节，触之较硬，不高出皮肤，伴轻微疼痛，无发热及关节疼痛。在当地医院诊断为结节性脂膜炎，给予地塞米松等药物治疗，皮疹部分消退，遗留色素沉着，但仍有新的皮疹反复出现，且逐渐增多增大，部分皮疹中央出现坏死、结痂。体检：体温38℃左右，浅表淋巴结未触及肿大，四肢、躯干散在分布数个1—3cm大小红色、暗红色斑块、结节，触之较硬，活动度差，部分结节表面坏死，结有厚痂，部分遗留色素沉着。
