茶氨酸对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠抗衰老作用的实验研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨茶氨酸的抗衰老作用及机制。方法以D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠为模型,采用Y电迷宫法检测各组小鼠学习记忆能力,酶法测定脑组织匀浆的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性。结果与模型组比较,茶氨酸可明显提高衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力,提高SOD和AchE的活性,降低MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论茶氨酸具有明显的抗衰老作用,其作用机制可能与其抑制自由基,促进中枢胆碱能的功能有关。 Objective To study the anti-aging effects of theanine on aging model mice induce by D-galactose.Methods After making the aging models by injecting D-galactose,we determined the learning and memory abilities by "Y" maze and detected the activities of SOD,MDA,NOS and AchE by enzymatic method in brain tissue of the aging mice.Results Compared with model group,theanine significantly increased the learning and memory abilities of aging mice.It also increased the activities of SOD and AchE,decreased the amount of MDA(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Theanine has the anti-aging effects on aging model mice and its mechanism may be related to its inhibitory effect on free radical and enhancement of central cholinergic fuction.
