摘要
目的研究芪蛭胶囊对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用0.2%CCl4液体石蜡灌胃制作CCl4小鼠急性肝损伤模型。通过检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)水平,探讨芪蛭胶囊对CCl4致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。结果模型组与空白组比较,血清ALT、AST明显增高(P<0.01);芪蛭胶囊组与模型组比较,血清ALT、AST、TNF-α明显降低(P<0.01)。结论芪蛭胶囊对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Qizhi capsule against acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.Methods Acute hepatic injury model was induced by intragastric administration of 0.2% CCl4 paroleine.To explore the roles of Qizhi capsule against acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice,by observe the change of blood serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)、aspartate aminotransferase(AST)、tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB) Results The serum ALT,AST,TNF-α in mice in model group were increased significantly compared with control group(P〈0.01).The serum ALT,AST,TNF-α in Qizhi capsule group were decreased significantly compared with model group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Qizhi capsule have an extended protection effect to the acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
