摘要
本文首先利用中间组织理论厘清了产业集群的本质特征,为研究产业集群的合作创新提供了必要的理论基础和分析框架。在此基础上,文章构建了博弈模型,从逻辑上证明了"知识传递"和"信息共享"可以被视为产业集群的一种内生机制,且合作创新应该是产业集群内企业创新的主导模式。
This paper first uses the quasi-organization theory to clarify the essential character of industrial cluster, so that it supplies the theoretical basic and analytical framework in studying the cooperative-innovation of the industrial cluster. Then,it proves that “knowledge transfer” and “information share” can be seen as an internal-mechanism in the industrial cluster through the game model, simultaneity, cooperative-innovation can be a dominate mode in the industrial cluster.
