摘要 由橡胶树粉孢属(Oidium heveae B.A.Steinm)真菌侵染引起的橡胶树白粉病是橡胶树最严重的病害之一。从海南、广东、广西和云南等天然橡胶主产区共收集橡胶树白粉病菌样品20份,提取其基因组DNA进行rDNA-ITS区序列扩增,并对5.8SrDNA及其两侧ITS序列进行分析。通过序列结果分析发现,供试样品可分为2个群体。 Powdery mildew of rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) caused by Oidium heveae Steinm is an important disease of rubber plantations worldwide. A total of 20 samples of rubber powder were collected from Hainan, Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan provinces in China, and their genomic DNAs were extracted. The ribosomal DNA internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of the genomic DNAs was amplified and sequenced. Nucleotide sequence analysis showed that the Oidium heveae was divided into two groups.
