分子生物学技术在白粉菌分子遗传研究中的应用

摘要 介绍了几种常用的分子生物学技术(如RFLP、RAPD、SSR、ISSR、AFLP和对ITS的分析)的原理和特点,综述了这些方法在白粉菌遗传多样性、系统分类和构建遗传图谱等分子遗传学方面的研究进展;同时,阐述了上述方法在小麦白粉病抗性基因研究中的应用。 This study introduces the principles and characteristics of several commonly used molecular biology techniques (RFLP, RAPD, SSR, ISSR, AFLP and ITS), and summarizes the progress in molecular genetics including genetic diversity, classification of system, genetic maps and other aspects of powdery mildews, meanwhile, it discusses the applications of these methods in the research of resistance gene of wheat powdery mildew.
