摘要
评价中心是一种有效的人才测评技术。评价中心技术得到广泛的应用,在新时期也表现出一些新的特点:一是评价中心技术的电子化趋势;二是评价中心技术应用的范围不断拓宽;三是评价中心的功能进一步扩展;四是不断出现新的测评技术。
The assessment center is one kind of effective technology evaluating talented person.The assessment center obtains widespread application,while there are some characteristics in the new time.First,there is a trend of electronic assessment center.Second,the range of assessment center expands unceasingly,and third,the function of assessment center ulteriorly expands,too.The last character is that some new technologies of personnel assessment develop continuously.
