摘要
预防犯罪首先应预防犯罪心理的形成。从心理学角度对大学生网络犯罪现象进行分析,揭示其犯罪心理的成因,据此可提出有针对性的预防策略。预防和减少大学生网络犯罪是一项全社会的系统工程,家庭、高校、社会有着不能忽视的责任。
To prevent crime should, first of all, prevent the criminal mind from forming. The article believes here that, it is expected to analyze the college students＇ cybercrime activities from the perspective of psychology, reveal the reason of the formation of their criminal mind, and finally bring out some precautions. It is also a society-wide system to prevent and reduce the students＇e-crime, therefore, families, colleges, and community＇s responsbility can not be ignored.
