摘要
改革行政复议制度,可适当借鉴国外行政复议的一些经验,使行政复议制度实现公平与效率的有机结合,最大限度地保护公民与组织的合法权益。
Reforming administrative reconsideration system can make a reference to abroad that it could combine performance with fairness and protect the legitimate interest of citizen and organizations to a maximum.
