摘要
目的调查广西医科大学2007年新生中H9、H6亚型流感病毒的抗体水平,以了解广西健康青年是否已受到H9、H6亚型禽流感病毒感染。方法广西医科大学2007级新生血清168份,通过HI实验进行抗体检测。结果以HI抗体滴度≥1∶10为流感病毒抗体阳性,H9亚型抗体阳性率13.69%;有两份H6亚型抗体阳性。结论广西健康青年人群已受到禽流感H9亚型病毒株的感染,H6亚型也可能感染了人群。
Objective To survey whether the healthy youth of Guangxi have been infected with H9 and H6 subtypes avian influenza virus through detecting antibodies to H9 and H6 subtypes avian influenza virus in the 2007＇ s freshman of Guangxi Medical University. Methods There a total of 168 serum samples were collected from the 2007＇ s freshman of Guangxi Medical University and antibody to H9 and H6 subtypes of avian influenza virus were detected. Results The positive rate of antibodies to H9 reached 13.69%, and 2 serum samples had H6 antibody. Conclusion The healthy youth of Guangxi have been infected with avian influenza H9 virus, It is possible that the people were infected by avian influenza H6 virus,too.
