摘要
低致病性禽流感主要是由H9N2亚型禽流感病毒所引起,近几年在世界上许多国家都暴发了H9N2亚型禽流感疫情。研究表明,H9N2亚型禽流感病毒在陆禽中至少可分为北美和欧亚两个种系,该病毒在自然环境中很容易发生变异,通过混合基因组分而形成不同的病毒亚型。H9N2亚型禽流感病毒已经能传播至哺乳动物,包括猪和人类,从而引发对其是否会成为潜在的大流行性病原体的关注。H9N2亚型禽流感病毒感染宿主谱很广,可在家禽、野鸟、哺乳动物和人类中造成不同程度的致病性和毒力。论文重点对H9N2亚型禽流感在家禽、野鸟、猪和人群中的流行现状进行了综述,对源自不同动物品种的H9N2亚型禽流感病毒分离株的基因及遗传进化分析进行了阐述。
Low pathogenic avian influenza is maily caused by H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus.In recent years,outbreaks in poultry due to viruses of H9 subtypes have been widespread in many countrirs in the world.Previous studies illustrated that at least two lineages（Eurasian and Northamerican） of H9N2 AIV had been established in terrestrial poultry,the virus changed rapidly in nature by mixing of its genetic components to form different virus subtypes.The virus has been transmitted to mammalian species,including pigs and humans,raising concerns about their pandemic potential for the emergence of a novel human pathogen.H9N2 subtype avian influenza viruses have a wide host range and the different pathogenicity and virulence in poultry,wild birds,mammalian and humans.This paper reported a high prevalence of H9N2 subtype avian influenza in domestic fowl,wild birds,pigs and humans,and phylogenetic analysis of the isolates（H9N2 AIV） from different animal species.
