摘要
目的:了解我院不合理用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用回顾性分析并随机抽查我院2007年1～12月门诊及住院处方3600张,对其中不合理用药处方进行统计。结果:不合理用药处方占抽查处方总数的4.33%,其中不合理用药主要表现在配伍不合理、联合用药不合理,选药不当,重复用药.剂量用法不当,滥用药物等。结论:加强临床医师和药师的业务学习,提高业务技术水平,积极开展临床药学服务,指导临床合理用药,建立合理用药监督机制,促进临床合理用药。
Objective： To analyze the situation of the unreasonabIe use of drugs and promote clinical rational use of medi, cines. Methods： A retrospective analysis was conducted and 3600 inpatient and outpatient prescriptions were randomly choosed in our hospital in 2007, of which, the unreasonablel prescriptions were analyzed statiStically. Results： 4133% of total prescriptions were unreasonable prescriptions,which mainly manifested as irrational in drug combination, drug elections, drug dos： age, drug abuse and repeat medication etc. Conclusion： In order to promote the clinical rational drug use, clinical physicians and pharmacists shotdd improve their professional skills andthe hospital shoed establish monitoring mechanism of unreasonable use of drugs.
