摘要 目的:应用含不同氟浓度的氟化酸蚀液酸蚀牙釉质后,分别于不同时期用扫描电镜观察釉质表面形态有何变化,从而为氟化酸蚀液在预防正畸治疗中引起釉质脱矿的研究提供形态学依据。方法:采用离体牙实验,分别用不含氟化钠,含1.23%氟化钠,3%氟化钠37%磷酸溶液酸蚀牙釉质表面,分别于不同时期用扫描电镜观察釉质表面形态的变化。通过对比前后形态的变化及反应产物的多少,反映釉质酸蚀后再矿化的情况。结果:扫描电镜照片可反映含氟酸蚀液处理的釉质表面有反应产物沉积,其数量随氟化钠浓度及离体牙置于人工唾液的时间的增加而增加。结论:体外实验表明,含氟酸蚀液可预防釉质脱矿及促进釉质再矿化。 Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the enamel morphological changes with scanning electron microscopy under different fluoride concentrations of etching fluid. Methods: 27 extracted premolars were divided into 3 groups which were conditioned with 37% phosphoric acid fluid containing 0%, 1.23% ,3% NaF, respectively. Based on differ' ent treatment strategies, the enamel morphological changes including reaction product can be received with scanning electron microscopy. Results: The reaction product deposition can be detected with scanning electron microscopy. The amount of the depostion was increased with the enhancement of the NaF concentrations and the keeping time in the artificial saliva. Conclusion: With the limit of the in-vitro study, the phosphoric acid fluid including fluoride can prevent the enamel from demineralization and promote the remineralization during the orthodontic treatment.
