添加植酸酶和不添加无机磷对生长育肥猪生产性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用体重(35.92±4.84)kg的长白×大约克二元杂交阉公猪56头,随机分为8个处理,各处理用生长期的饲料种类-育肥期的饲料种类来表示,分别为:常磷-常磷,常磷-低磷,低磷-常磷,低磷-低磷,常磷加酶-常磷加酶,常磷加酶-低磷加酶,低磷加酶-常磷加酶,低磷加酶-低磷加酶。每个处理7个重复,每个重复1头,研究杂粕型日粮添加植酸酶(750 IU/kg)和无机磷对生长育肥猪的生产性能及单位增重饲料成本的影响。结果表明:①生长猪阶段:低磷组与常磷组相比采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),日增重降低极显著(P<0.01),料重比和单位增重饲料成本增加极显著(P<0.01);常磷加酶组与常磷组相比采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),日增重增加极显著(P<0.01),料重比和单位增重饲料成本显著降低(P<0.05);低磷加酶组与低磷组相比采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),日增重增大极显著(P<0.01),料重比和单位增重饲料成本降低极显著(P<0.01);低磷加酶组与常磷组的采食量、日增重、料重比和单位增重饲料成本均无显著差异(P>0.05)。②育肥猪阶段:低磷组与常磷组相比采食量显著降低(P<0.05),日增重降低极显著(P<0.01),料重比和单位增重饲料成本增加极显著(P<0.01);常磷加酶组与常磷组相比采食量、日增重、料重比和单位增重饲料成本变化不显著(P>0.05);低磷加酶组与低磷组相比采食量和日增重均极显著增加(P<0.01),料重比和单位增重饲料成本降低极显著(P<0.01);低磷加酶组与常磷组相比采食量、日增重、料重比和单位增重饲料成本均无显著差异(P>0.05)。③整个生长育肥阶段:加植酸酶的4个组与常磷-常磷组均无显著差异,但显著优于其余的3个不添加植酸酶组合;常磷-常磷组与其余的3个不加酶组差异也是显著的;常磷-低磷组与低磷-常磷组之间无显著差异,而这两者的日增重、料重比和单位增重成本均显著优于低磷-低磷组合。结论:当� Fifty-six healthy crossbred barrows(Landrace × Yorkshire) were divided into eight groups with seven replications growing phase-the (NP-NP), normal and one pig in each replication randomly. The treatment was showed as the feed of feed of finishing phase. And the treatments were normal phosphorus-normal phosphorus phosphorus-low phosphorus (NP-LP),low phosphorus-normal phosphorus(LP-NP),low phosphorus-low phosphorus (LP-LP), normal phosphorus added phatse-normal phosphorus added phatse (NPP-NPP), normal phosphorus added phatse-low phosphorus added phatse (NPP-LPP), low phosphorus added phatse-normal phosphorus added phatse (LPP-NPP) ,low phosphorus added phatse-low phosphorus added phatse (LPP-LPP). The results were as follows. ① During the growing phase the performance of LP was significantly lower than NP based on the feed intake. The performance of treatments added with phytase was significantly higher than that of the treatment without phytase. The performance of LPP had no significant difference with that of NP. ②During the finishing phase the performance of LP was significantly lower than NP based on the feed intake. The performance of NPP had no significant difference with that of NP. The performances of LPP was significantly higher than that of LP. There were no significant difference between NP and LPP based on change of feed intake, daily gain and ratio of feed weight. ③During the growing-finishing phase there was no significant difference between 4 groups with phytase and groups with NP-NP; the performance of all the phytase supplement treatments and NP-NP were significantly superior to NP-LP, LP-NP and LP-LP; the performance of NP-LP and LP-NP were sig- nificantly higher than that of LP-LP . The conclusion was drawn as follows: Low phosphorus diets with phytase addition could improve the performance of growing-finishing pigs; Normal phosphorus diets with phytase addition did not improve the performance of finishing pigs;The diets without inorganic phosphorus
