鲜食糯玉米产量性状的配合力分析 被引量:4

摘要 选用6个性状不同的糯玉米自交系,用Griffing方法(4)完全双列杂交,对糯玉米11个产量性状的一般配合力(GCA)、特殊配合力(SCA)进行了研究。结果表明:各性状GCA差异均达到极显著水平;除行数、穗粗、籽粒深度的差异达显著水平外,其余各性状的SCA差异均达极显著水平;行数、穗粗、籽粒深度主要受加性基因决定,其余性状同时存在加性基因效应和非加性基因效应,在程度上存在差异。在产量性状方面,多数性状一般配合力表现较高的自交系有P6、P2、P3和P1;特殊配合力在多数性状上表现较高的组合有P23、P36、P15、P46、P12和P13。 The six inbred lines of waxy corn with different characters were used as test materials and a complete diallel cross was carried out by the Griffing Method 4 in order to study the general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) of the 11 yield traits of waxy corn. The results showed that the difference in GCA of all the traits was very significant, the difference in SCA of such traits as row number, ear diameter and kernel depth was significant, and that in SCA of the other traits was very significant. The row number, ear diameter and kernel depth were mainly controlled by additive gene while the other traits gave expression to both additive gene and non-additive gene actions. P6, P2, P3 and P1 these inbred lines were comparatively high in GCA of most yield traits, while P23, P36, P15, P46, P12 and P13 were high in SCA of most yield traits.
