摘要
目的通过对三级甲等医院综合性ICU人力资源状况调查分析,提出合理化建议。方法通过自制问卷调查安徽省14所三级甲等医院综合性ICU人力资源状况。结果14所三级甲等医院综合性ICU护理人员学历层次较高,分布合理。但存在护理人员短缺,经常超负荷工作;工龄短,职称结构不合理,临床经验不足;护理人员待遇偏低等情况。结论ICU护士长要积极开展弹性排班;建议医院管理者要高度重视ICU的人力资源配置情况,调整护理人员的职称结构,改善ICU医护人员待遇,提高危重病人的护理质量。
Objective To investigate the current status of ICU nursing human resources in Grade A Class Three hospitals and thereby to provide some reasonable suggestions. Method Fourteen Grade A Class Three hospitals in Anhui Province were recruited and investigated on ICU nursing human resources with a self- designed questionnaire. Results The structure of nurses' educational levels in the 14 Grade A Class Three hospitals was relatively high and rational. But there were still a lot of problems. For example,nurses' overload due to the shortage of nursing staff, too much nursing staff with less working experience, unreasonable structure of professional titles and low salary. Conclusion The ICU head nurses should practice flexible nursing shifts pattern,and the hospital managers should pay close attention to the nurse staffing in ICU, regulate the structure of professional titles,improve ICU nurses' salary, and thereby to improve the quality of nursing for severe patients.
