摘要
对上浆率的测试方法进行改进。针对在浆纱生产现场测试上浆率的方法存在的问题,提出了在采用退浆法测试上浆率试验中的改进之处:对于浆液浸透性高、退浆时间长、毛羽损失率高的纯棉品种,采取毛羽损失率根据实际退浆时间分档测定的方法;试样采用微波炉与烘箱结合烘干法。改进上浆率测试方法后,减少了试验误差,缩短了试验时间,提高了试验精度。
Test method of size loading was improved, Modifying method was raised aiming the difficulties in testing size loading on the spot for high sizing penetration, long desizing time and high hairiness loss ratio to pure cotton product, hairiness loss ratio was tested according to practical desizing time, micro-wave oven ＆ electrical oven were a- dopted in drying, Test error and test time could be reduced, test precision could be improved after modifying test method of size loading.
