摘要
为了解决飞机制造工艺数据量庞大所带来的各部门人员难以进行协同设计的问题,提出一种基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式的协同工艺设计方法。在深入研究我国飞机制造工艺特点的基础上,结合对成都飞机制造公司(CAC)工艺设计过程的研究,分析了企业工艺设计流程,建立了协同工艺设计模型及其体系结构。最后,利用Java服务器页面(JavaServer Pages,JSP)技术开发并实现了协同工艺设计系统的基本功能。
In order to solve the problem that various departments are difficult to collaborate the designing, which brought by the huge volume of process data in aircraft manufacturing,the method how to make the designing collaboratively is founded based on B/S model. Based on deep researching about the characteristic of process planning in aircraft manufacturing,with the research on the process planning of the aircraft structural for CAC, the process planning flow of enterprise is discussed,then the collaborative process planning model and architecture arc established. Finally, the basic functions of the collaborative process planning system arc developed and achieved by JSP technology.
