摘要
介绍结合某中小制造企业的实际情况,在企业产品数据管理平台基础上,集成模具管理系统。针对该系统与产品数据管理数据的一致性、异构数据问题,提出了可扩展标记语言与原有数据库接口相结合模式,重构了模具管理流程,并对使用模具管理系统前后的模具寿命进行了对比分析,给出了模具管理系统应用实例。
A mould management system was integrated based on PDM and experience of a medium-sized enterprise. In order to realize data coherence and heterogeneous data integration, a mode combining Extensible Markup Language （XML） and original database interface was developed. The process of mould management was reengineered; the mould service life analysis before and after the improvement was made. Finally, an example of application was presented.
