摘要
通过对核心竞争力概念和特征分析,综合了几种主要观点,把握住施工企业核心竞争力的内涵,认为它主要由企业的核心技术能力、领导力、执行力和创新力4个方面组成,这些构成要素是由企业竞争要素整合而成的。构建了评价指标体系和评价模型,并进一步进行了评价。
Based on the analyses of the concept and characteristic of core competence, the core competence of construction enterprises is considered to be composed of four elements including core technical capabilities, leadership, implementation and innovation, and these elements are integrated form the competitive elements of enterprise. Therefore, the evaluation index system and evaluation model of core competence are established and the evaluation is implemented.
