摘要
对于施工企业来说,项目管理是施工企业管理的基础,保证项目的有效管理,降低成本,是施工企业可持续发展的关键途径,在此背景下,对项目的履约创效管理进行探讨,从工期管理、降本增效管理、安全质量环保管理、劳务管理以及团队建设培养管理5个方面进行了简单的分析阐述,希望能具备一定的参考意义。
For construction enterprises,project management is the basis of construction enterprise management,ensuring the effective management of the project and reducing the cost,which is the key way for the sustainable development of construction enterprises.In this context,this paper discusses the performance and efficiency management of the project,through five management methods:duration management,cost reduction and efficiency management,safety,quality and environmental protection management,labor management and team building and training management on the one hand,it makes a simple analysis and elaboration based on its own experience and experience,hoping to have some reference significance.
