摘要
以模糊数学理论为依据,用C语言编制汁算机程序,对食品的感观指标进行运算处理,所得结果不但客观真实迅速,而且大大减轻了手工计算的工作量,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
This article was based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics. Computer programme was editted with C language to operate the sensory targets of food . The result was not only objective and quickly obtained, but also greatly reduced the work load of manual calculation. So it had a wide use value.
