摘要
针对重力型打火机目前普遍存在按钮按压力测量的非自动化、效率及精度低等问题,研制了以单片机为控制器,集拉压力传感器测力、位移传感器监测和实时曲线显示等功能于一体的重力型打火机参数测试系统。介绍了该系统的组成和测量原理,并对该系统测得的实验数据进行了详细分析和标准不确定度的计算。结果表明,该测试方法及测试系统完全能满足"CR法案"的相应要求。
Aiming at the fact that the non-automatic measurement on press force of the lighters brings the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy, an integrated testing system has been developed with single chip computer as the controller and combining functions of force measurement of pull-pressure transducer and monitoring of displacement transducer, as well as real-time curve display. The system composition and principle of measurement are introduced; the experimental data measured by this instrument are analyzed in detail and standard uncertainty is calculated. The results show that the method and system fully meet associated requirements of CR Law.
