摘要
介绍了基于虚拟仪器的信号设备自动测试系统的原理,对虚拟测试仪器的误差构成和误差传递进行分析,然后以信号设备自动测试系统为例,介绍了一个简单实用的误差校准方法。
This article introduced the principles of signal device automatic testing system based on virtual instrument. Through analyzing the composition of errors and the propagation of errors in virtual testing instrument, we introduced a simple but practical way for adjusting errors by the example of signal device automatic testing system.
