摘要
目的观察针刺治疗抑郁性神经症的临床疗效。方法将60例抑郁性神经症患者随机分为针刺调肝组(治疗组)和邻近假穴针刺组(对照组),每组30例。观察治疗前后SCL-90量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和治疗后总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率92.6%,对照组总有效率56.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组各评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺调肝法治疗抑郁性神经症具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of depressive neurosis. Methods The 60 selected patients of depressive neurosis were randomized into treatment group （acupuncture regulating the liver group） and control group （near-by sham-point acupuncture group）, with 30 in each. The scores of Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）, Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, and Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）, and the total effective rate after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.6% and 56.0% respectively, and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）. All scores of both groups were greatly decreased in comparison with those before treatment （P〈0. 01）. The comparison between groups after treatment showed significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The method of acupuncture regulating the liver is effective in treating depressive neurosis.
