摘要
目的:观察调原补俞法针刺治疗抑郁性神经症的临床疗效。方法:将80例抑郁性神经症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组患者采用调原补俞法针刺治疗,对照组患者口服西药百忧解治疗。2周为1个疗程,两组患者均连续治疗4个疗程,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:调原补俞法针刺治疗抑郁性神经症疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating depressive neurosis with the method of adjusting the original and treating the disease.Methods：80cases of depressive neurosis were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The treatment group adopts the original fill Yu acupuncture treatment,the control group were treated with fluoxetine.2groups were 1weeks for two courses,4courses of continuous treatment.Results：The total effective of treatment group rate was 95.10%,the total effective rate of control group was 82.15%.The total efficiency of two groups was of statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of the acupuncture treatment of the original tonic and the acupuncture is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
