摘要
根据华北农区原料奶的特点,建立了一套以控制原料奶质量为目的的原料奶质量检测体系。同时通过开发计算机软件系统达到原料奶质量资源共享,并进行整个地区原料奶质量的控制。为改善华北农区原料奶的质量提供了基础。
Base to characteristic of raw milk of north China, that raw milk quality detection program is found in order to control the quality of raw milk. The quality resources of raw milk are shared through software system, and the quality of regional raw milk is controlled. Be to improve the quality of raw milk of north china, these provide the foundation.
