摘要
对室内盐雾加速腐蚀循环试验和10个月大气暴露试验的耐火耐候建筑用钢试样进行电化学测试,研究了其耐蚀性能。结果表明,各钢种阴极极化曲线由裸露的扩散控制极化转变为带锈的活化极化,而且带锈的耐火耐候钢阳极极化反应比普通建筑用钢受到更大的阻滞,表明耐火耐候钢的耐蚀性比普通碳钢要好.对锈层横截面的扫描电镜分析表明合金元素有助于保护膜的生成.
Weathering performance of the fire-resistant and weathering construction steel WGJ510C2 was studied by using indoor cyclic corrosion test and atmospheric field exposure test (at Wuhan for ten months). The results of electrochemical test show that anode polarization reaction of the tested steels transforms from diffusion control polarization into rust activation polarization. Moreover, compared to ordi- nary construction steel Q235 and Q345, the anodic polarization process of the steel WGJ510C2 with rust scale is retarded ,which shows WGJ510C2 have better corrosion resistance. Analysis on the cross section of the steel after corrosion test by SEM and EDS indicates that alloying element Cr is beneficial to generate protective oxide scale.
