摘要
教师社会经济地位测评对于改进教师政策、促进教育事业发展具有重要意义。从社会分层理论的视域,可以较为科学地测评我国教师社会经济地位。教师社会经济地位测评标准构建的实质是建立教师社会经济地位评价指标体系。教师社会经济地位指标体系需以教师的政治地位、法律地位、经济地位、专业地位为客观性指标,以职业声望为主观性指标,以教师流动为附加指标来构建。
The evaluation of the teacher's socio-economic status is of great significance to improving teacher policies and promoting education. Based on the social stratification theory, we can evaluate scientifically the teachers' socio-economic status. The core of establishing the criteria of evaluation is the building of index system with teachers' political status, legal status, economic status and professional status as the objective indices, and with the professional fame as the subjective index and teachers' mobility as the supplementary index.
