摘要
目的:分析接触航空铆接噪声作业工人听力损伤。方法:对4个车间22个作业点进行监测,对247名接触者进行体检及8个频率段听阈值测定。结果:噪声强度最高为122dB(A);123dB(B);117dB(C),最低为86dB(A);89dB(B);86edB(C),平均为106dB(A);105dB(B);104dB(C)。等效连续A声级强度最高107dB,最低104dB。179人有不同程度的听力损伤(男111;女68),其中10年工龄组导人;20年工龄18人;30年工龄组137人;30年以上工龄组20人。语频段高频段均有损伤53人,语频段正常高频段有损伤124人,语频段有损伤高频段正常2人。结论:为今后航空铆接噪声作业工人的防护和健康监护提供科学依据。
Objective: To analyse the hearing impairment of the rive-operators.Methods:To surveillance at 22 working place in four workshops,and then physicaly examinate 247 workers and assay their hearing threshold value in 8 different frequency range. Results: The noise pressure level is 122dB (A) (max), 123dB (B) (max), 117dB(C) (max),and 86dB(ndn),89dB(B) (min), 86dB(C) (min),the average value is 106dB(A), 105dB(B),104dB(C). The equivalent continous A-weiphted sourd pressure level is 107dB (max) 104dB (min). The noise do harm to 179 workers (men 111 women 68), 4 workers of them have worked for ten years, 18 workers' have worked for twenty years, 137 workers have worked for thirty years,20 workers have worked for over 30 years, 53 workers' hearing were impaired at speech frequency and high frequency range, 124 workers' hearing were impaired at high frequency and 2 workers' hearing were impaired at speech frequency range.Condusion: To supply scientific base surveillance of analysis rivet-opevator.
