摘要
介绍了干涉配合衬套的冷挤压安装技术,并在安装工艺和提高孔疲劳寿命方面与传统的液氮冷缩法作了对比。冷挤压法在工艺上和在对孔的增寿效果上都显著优于液氮冷缩法。
The cold extrusion installation technology for interference fit of bushing and hole is introduced.Its installation technology and the gained improvement on fatigue life of holes are compared with using traditional liquid nitro- gen shrinking method.The result shows that the former is better than the traditional one.
