摘要
目的:探讨青春期前期的艺术体操运动员的钙摄入情况及钙营养、运动与骨矿含量的关系。方法:选取13名国内优秀艺术体操运动员为研究对象,年龄为11~12岁,训练年限3~7年。同时选取14名同年龄段的小学女生作为对照。对她们进行了膳食调查和骨密度的测量。结果:艺术体操运动员的钙摄入量为515.3±218.0 mg/d,仅达到钙参考摄入量的51.5%;艺术体操运动员的骨矿含量、骨面积、骨密度均显著低于同年龄段的小学女生分别低23%、14%和11%(P<0.05)。结论:青春期前期艺术体操运动员的钙摄入量较低未达到我国推荐的钙参考摄入量标准。青春期前期艺术体操运动员较低的骨矿含量和骨密度可能与她们专项训练量较大对钙的需求量较高而长期钙摄入量不足有关。
This paper probes into calcium intake status and the relationship among calcium nutrition, exercise and bone mineral status of the rhythmic gymnasts of earlier-stage-adolescence. 13 elite rhythmic gymnasts aged 11 - 12 with 3 to 7 years of training experience are chosen as subjects. At the same time, 14 school girls at the same age are chosen as control group. Dietary survey is made to investigate their calcium and protein intakes status. The calcium intakes of rhythmic gymnasts are 515.35±218.0mg/d, which are only 51.5% of calcium reference intakes. The BMC, bone area, and BMD of rhythmic gymnasts are all significantly lower than those of school girls by 23 %, 14 % and 11% respectively (P〈 0.05). It concludes that the calcium intakes of rhythmic gymnasts in earlier-stage-adolescence are lower than Chinese calcium reference intakes. The BMC and BMD of rhythmic gymnasts in earlier-stage-adolescence are lower than those of school girls at the same age. Perhaps it is related to their heavy training load, the high requirement of calcium and the long-term inadequate calcium intake.
