子痫前期的分子生物学研究新进展 被引量:1

摘要 子痫前期(pre-eclamptic,PE)病因至今尚未阐明。基因异常表达及其多态性在子痫前期的发病中起重要作用。DNA微阵技术、DNA探针技术的运用发现了一部分与子痫前期有关的遗传基因,例如:人类白细胞抗原、内皮型一氧化氮合酶、血管内皮生长因子、血管紧张素转化酶、血管紧张素II受体等基因的变异及多态性,具备这些基因的患者其子痫前期的发病率明显增加,基因的改变影响相应系统功能发生障碍,最终导致子痫前期发生。随着分子生物学技术的发展,必将发现易患基因,使子痫前期的早期筛查和早期诊断有可能实现。
