摘要
总结了NZP族陶瓷的研究历程、制备方法、晶体化学、热膨胀等物理性质。首次提出NZP族陶瓷的分类方法,提出近零膨胀陶瓷的设计原则。研究了NZP族陶瓷的热膨胀、导热及抗热震性,并利用XRD、SEM和HREM等检测手段进行了分析。
The research and development history、synthesis methods、crystal chemistry
and thermal properties of NZP family ceramies have been reviewed in detail. In this paper NZP family ceramics are classificated for the first time. The design principles of near-zero thermal ex-pansion ceramies are suggested. The thermal expansion, conductivity and thermal shock resis-tance of NZP ceramies were studied by XRD、SEM and HREM and so on.
