摘要
研究了化学组成及显微结构对M_I位NZP陶瓷导热系数的影响,随着M_I位离子种类数的增加,NZP陶瓷的导热系数降低。CMS的导热系数随着气孔率的增加而降低。
The effects of microstructure and chemical composition on thermal conductivity of NZP family ceramics were studied. The thermal conductivity of NZP family ceramics decreased with increasing kinds of ions in MI site. The thermal conductivity of CMS ceramics also decreased with increasing porosity.
