摘要
陶汝鼐是一个有着浓重汉民族遗民情结的文化人。他谙熟佛教经典,接受了佛教文化,但从思想上却始终以正统的儒者自命。其诗文多感叹兴亡,激越凄楚,声情并茂,具有极高的史料价值和艺术欣赏价值。对其著作的整理出版,必将有力地推动明末清初湖湘历史文化的研究和旅游文化的研究,是新时期进行城市文化建设的重要参考资料。
Tao Runai is a man of letters who is emotional inclined to be descendent from the Han nationality. Though quite familiar with Buddhist sutras and having accepted the culture of Buddhism, he always nominated himself in his mind as an orthodox Confucian. His poetry and prose, in the main about the rise and fall of the country, are characterized by their vehemence and pathos, rich in sound and emotion, and thus acquire extremely high values both as historical data and for artistic appreciation. The edition and publication of Tao＇s works, which will surely forcefully propel the researches on Hunan historical and tourist culture, are important references for the construction of city culture in the new period.
