利用延迟焦化装置加工高酸、高钙原油的设计

摘要 中国石油华东设计院开发了加工高酸、高钙原油的延迟焦化技术,并在苏丹喀土穆炼油有限公司200万t/a延迟焦化装置的设计中,得到了成功的应用。文章介绍了采用延迟焦化工艺的合理性,环烷酸的防腐及原油的脱钙措施。装置自投产以来运行平稳,收到了良好的效果。 Delayed coking technology for processing crude oil with high acid number and high calcium was developed by CNPC EastChina Design Institute. It was successfully applied to the design of the 2 MMTPA delayed coking unit of KRC in Sudan. The rationality of adopting delayed coking process,corrosion prevention from naphthenic acid and crude oil decalcification measurements were introduced in this paper. The unit has got stable operation since starting up. Good results have been achieved.
