摘要
研究开发的辽河劣质超稠油预处理工艺,采用传统的电脱盐工艺,通过添加脱金属剂、破乳剂对辽河超稠油进行预处理,可以大大降低其金属和灰分含量,灰分脱除率达76%,金属钙的脱除率达91%。用预处理后的辽河劣质超稠油为原料试制的石油焦,其品质可以由预处理前的3B级上升到预处理后的1A级,大幅度地提高了石油焦的档次。研究开发的辽河劣质超稠油预处理-焦化工艺,为辽河劣质超稠油的加工利用提供了一条切实有效的途径,可以大大地提高油田及炼油厂的综合效益。
The study focuses on the pretreating process of Liaohe inferior super sticky oil.Adopting electric desalting technology and adding a suitable amount of demetal agent and demuhifier,the pretreating process of Liaohe super sticky oil can hrgely reduce ash and metal content,with deliming rate of 76% and decalcification rate of 91%.The quality of petroleum coke produced from Liaohe inferior super sticky oil will be upgraded to 1A from 3B after pretreating.The study developed an effective technology for the oil field and refineries to process Liaohe inferio super sticky oil with great comprehensire economic benefits.
